Welcome to our community! By purchasing a class pass, booking a drop-in session, or stepping onto our training floor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership & Passes
- Pass Activation: All 4-class and 8-class passes activate on the date of your purchase.
- Expiration Dates: To ensure community accountability and steady progress, class passes have a fixed validity period of 60 days from purchase date.
- Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: All single drop-in passes, 4-passes, and 8-passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Pass Flexibility: Adult passes are fully interchangeable and can be used for either Gi or No-Gi adult classes listed on the current schedule.
2. Booking, Attendance and Cancellations
- Advance Booking: Due to mat space safety limits, all students must book their class slot online prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make it to a booked class, you must cancel your reservation at least 3 hours before class begins.
- Cancellations made before the 3-hour window will have the class pass credited back to their account.
- Late cancellations (0-3 hours) or "no-shows" will forfeit that class pass.
- Punctuality: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you arrive late, you must wait at the edge of the mat until the coach determines it is safe for you to warm up and join the group.
3. Code of Conduct & Mat Hygiene
We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
- Safety First: Jiu-Jitsu requires mutual trust. Aggressive, reckless, or malicious behavior during drilling or live sparring will result in immediate removal from the class and potential termination of your pass without a refund.
- Hygiene Mandate: Freshly laundered training attire is required for every single session. Fingernails and toenails must be kept short and clean.
- Footwear Rule: Absolutely no shoes are permitted on the mats. Conversely, sandals or slippers must be worn anytime you step off the mats, especially in the restrooms.
4. Physical Readiness & Medical Condition
- Assumption of Risk: Martial arts and submission grappling involve strenuous physical exertion and inherent risks of physical injury. By training with us, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
- Skin Health: For the protection of the community, students with open wounds, active skin infections, or contagious rashes will not be allowed on the mats.
- Medical Clearance: It is your responsibility to ensure you (or your child) are physically fit to participate. If you have underlying medical conditions or injuries, please inform the head coach before class begins.
5. Kids Program Policies (Ages 6-16)
- Drop-off & Pick-up: Parents or guardians must ensure their children are dropped off no earlier than 15 minutes before class and picked up promptly when class concludes.
- Mat Boundaries: For safety and focus, parents and spectators must remain in the designated seating area and refrain from coaching their children from the sidelines.
6. Changes to Schedule & Pricing
The company reserves the right to make changes to the timetable, class formats, and pricing structures. Active pass holders will be notified of any major schedule adjustments well in advance via email or our official communication channels.
